Hims & Hers began as a direct-to-consumer telehealth platform. Entering national retail required evolving a digital-native brand into a physical product ecosystem capable of competing within crowded pharmacy and wellness aisles while maintaining medical credibility and approachability.
I helped translate the digital-first Hims & Hers brand into a scalable retail experience for Target stores nationwide. My role focused on extending the brand system across packaging, iconography, and launch content — ensuring consistency, clarity, and shelf impact while maintaining the clinical trust and accessibility central to the brand’s identity.
